Who we are

This website is run by The Livewell Clinic, an osteopathy, chiropractic and sports massage clinic with clinics at Unit 2 Grant Road, London SW11 2NU and 243–251 Putney Bridge Road, London SW15 2PU. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean The Livewell Clinic.

If you have any questions about this policy or how we use your information, email info@thelivewellclinic.co.uk or call or WhatsApp +44 7432 349 571.

What this policy covers

This policy explains what information is collected when you use www.thelivewellclinic.co.uk, including our contact form, and how cookies and similar technologies are used on this website. Our online booking system is provided separately by Jane (see “Booking appointments” below).

Information you send us through the contact form

When you use the contact form, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number (optional), your message and how you heard about us. We use this information to reply to your enquiry and to help with appointments, insurance questions or anything else you ask about. Please only include the information we need to answer your question.

Form submissions are handled by Webflow, the platform that hosts this website, and are sent to our clinic email inbox. To protect the form from spam, it uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than an automated bot.

If you would like to know how long we keep enquiries, or would like an enquiry deleted, please contact us.

Booking appointments

The booking links on this website take you to our online booking system, provided by Jane (livewell.janeapp.co.uk). Information you enter when booking is collected through Jane’s system, and Jane’s own privacy policy also applies to that service.

WhatsApp, email and phone

If you contact us by WhatsApp, email or phone, we use the details you give us to respond. WhatsApp is provided by WhatsApp (Meta), and its own terms and privacy policy apply when you use it.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use a consent banner provided by CookieYes so that you can choose which non-essential cookies to allow. Non-essential cookies are only used if you allow them.

Necessary: CookieYes stores a cookie that remembers your consent choices, so that the banner does not reappear on every page and your choices are respected. This is needed for the consent tool to work.

Analytics: Google Analytics (see below). Only used if you accept analytics cookies.

Embedded video: the video on our About page is hosted on YouTube. It only loads after you allow the cookie categories YouTube uses; until then a placeholder is shown, with a link to watch the video on YouTube instead. When it does load, we use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com).

The full, up-to-date list of cookies, grouped by category, is shown in the cookie preferences panel. You can open it at any time from the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.

Google Analytics

If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the website, for example which pages are viewed, how people arrive at the site, the type of device and browser used, and approximate location (such as town or city). We use this to improve the website. We do not use Google Analytics to identify you personally.

Google Analytics sets cookies such as _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID. In our Google Analytics account, user-level data is kept for 14 months and event-level data for 2 months; aggregated reports are not affected by these settings. If you reject analytics cookies, Google Analytics is not loaded.

Other services used by this website

Webflow hosts the website and handles contact-form submissions. Google Fonts: the website’s fonts are loaded from Google’s servers, so your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address in order to deliver the fonts. Trustindex displays our reviews on the website and loads that content from Trustindex’s servers. Cloudflare Turnstile provides spam protection on the contact form. CookieYes provides the cookie consent banner. Google Analytics and YouTube are only used with your consent, as described above.

Links to other websites (such as Jane, WhatsApp and Instagram) are covered by those websites’ own privacy policies.

Changing or withdrawing your consent

When you first visit, the banner lets you accept all, reject all, or choose preferences for each category. You can change your mind at any time by clicking “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page, or here: open cookie settings. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have rights over your personal information, including the right to ask for a copy of it, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how it is used, and to withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent. To make a request, email info@thelivewellclinic.co.uk.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first so we can try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, for example when we change the tools used on the website. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
